General Assistance request

Do you need to be represented by a lawyer or notary, but lack the financial means?

Our General Assistance Program is a true lifesaver for people in precarious financial situations. It’s available everywhere in the province and covers various areas of law.

If your application is deemed eligible, the Justice Pro Bono team will do all it can to find a lawyer, notary or law firm that can offer you legal services free of charge.
